Wapta Mountain Suites is Yoho National Park's newest guest accommodation! This bright 650sq. ft open-concept suite is located on the lower level of our split-level Eastern white-pine log home. Guests enjoy a private entrance with key-code access for contactless check-in and a drive-way car park. As a new renovation, the suite features a dedicated bedroom space with comfy queen size bed, large wardrobe, a lounge area with new queen sofa-bed (converted for guests of 3-4), WiFi connectivity, luxury vinyl flooring, a brand new IKEA kitchen with dishwasher, a vintage 1950s writing desk from Emerald Lake Lodge and a spacious tiled shower with bamboo bath bench. The suite layout is spacious for a couple or small family of 3 and cozy/intimate for groups of 3-4.
The kitchen is fully-contained with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, including dishware, cutlery, utensils, and cooking pots/pans. Kicking Horse Coffee is stocked along with a selection of teas, milk and sugar. The kitchen is also prepped with salt & pepper, a few seasonings, olive oil and salad vinegar for guest convenience.
The lounge area includes a full-tilt mounted Smart TV which can be viewed from the couch or bed. Guests can access their own Netflix subscription, YouTube or connect to their laptop with their personal HDMI cord.
Guests have outdoor access to the church-side of the property where there is a propane BBQ and chairs to relax and take in the sunshine & views of the valley.
